  • Are you located on the ground level?

    Yes you are able to park and walk directly into the condo.

  • Do you have an indoor pool?

    Yes, we have an indoor pool it is located in the back of the resort. Just tell them you are staying in Building D #3 if they ask.

  • Is your condo walk-able to the Downtown area?

    Yes we are located with in walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and the convention center.

  • What is your pet charge?

    We charge a $25 per pet. No more than 2 pets unless you ask for approval (depends on size). Thanks

  • Can we fish from here?

    Yes we are located along Roark Creek where you are able to fish from the boat dock. We also have a boat launch. You are able to launch a boat or kayak from this area.

  • Do you have a washer and dryer?

    Washers and dryers are located in Building B Breezeway (walk out front door and walk directly across from condo.

  • Where do we throw our trash?

    Located directly out the front door to the left is a dumpster to dispose of your trash.

* No Smoking or Vaping
* Quiet hours 10pm - 9am
* Outdoor Pool is open Memorial day - Labor Day 9am-9pm
* Indoor pool is open year around

*Pets are allowed $50 flat fee ( Maximum is 2 ) 🐕
*Please DO Not leave pets unattended in the condo ( Unless you have them in a kennel)
(Pets become very anxious when in an uncommon place and can become destructive to property)
*We do provide 2 dog bowls, food mat ,poop bags and treats for your furry companion.

Cancellation Policy

Before you book, make sure you're comfortable with this Host's cancellation policy.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund given after that.
